Can FizzyFocus be taken with stimulants?
Yes, FizzyFocus can be taken with stimulant medication. For best results, we recommend taking the stimulant medication first, followed by FizzyFocus a bit later — ideally spaced 20–30 minutes (or more) apart. This timing helps ensure you get the full benefit of both. We also recommend consulting your physician to confirm the best routine for your child’s individual needs.
Are the B Vitamins Methylated?
We only include one B vitamin in FizzyFocus, which is Vitamin B6. Specifically, we use the active form known as Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P). Unlike vitamins like B12 or folate, B6 is not a methyl donor, so it is never methylated. It plays a critical role in neurotransmitter synthesis and brain function, but it doesn’t require methylation to be effective. Simply put, methylation doesn't apply to the nutrients we're using in our product.
What if my kiddo is is younger than 8?
If your child is 7 years old, we recommend starting with a half scoop of FizzyFocus. Monitor their response and, if they do well, you can gradually increase to a full scoop. Always start with a smaller dosage to ensure their comfort and safety. We don't recommend kids younger than 7 years old take FizzyFocus.
