The thinking starts with the forms and amounts, then the practical question of whether a family will enjoy taking it. Research on individual ingredients informs the formula; the finished FizzyFocus formula has not been clinically tested.

FizzyFocus contains caffeine from natural green tea and other active ingredients, including vitamin C. If your child takes medication, share the full ingredient label with their prescriber or pharmacist before adding it. They can advise whether it is appropriate and how to use it with that specific medication. Do not change prescribed treatment based on this page.

There is no established results timetable for the finished FizzyFocus formula. Individual ingredient studies do not predict how a particular child will respond. The sample kit lets you explore flavors and preparation before choosing a full pouch; a few samples cannot establish benefits for focus or mood.

The current label is for ages 8 and up. Do not use an improvised half-serving or increase a younger child to a full serving based on this website. Ask your pediatrician about an age-appropriate nutrition plan.

One pouch holds 30 servings. At 1 serving daily (ages 8–13) that's about a month; at 2 servings daily (ages 14 and up) it's about two weeks.

Stir one serving into 6–8 oz of cold water and mix for about 15 seconds, until it dissolves. Follow the label for how many servings to take each day: 1 serving daily for ages 8–13 and 2 servings daily for ages 14 and up.

Each serving contains vitamin C 150 mg; vitamin D3 13 mcg; vitamin B6 10 mg (as P-5-P); folate 150 mcg DFE (as L-5-MTHF calcium); vitamin B12 250 mcg (as methylcobalamin); magnesium 100 mg (as magnesium glycinate); zinc 12.5 mg (as zinc picolinate); phosphatidylserine 100 mg (from non-GMO soy); grape seed extract 100 mg; L-theanine 100 mg; caffeine 50 mg from natural green tea; affron® saffron 15 mg; and a 150 mg fruit blend of blueberry, cranberry and pomegranate. It has zero sugar and is sweetened with steviol glycosides.

FizzyFocus has zero sugar and no artificial dyes. Sweetness comes from steviol glycosides (stevia leaf extract). Review the full ingredient label for the specific forms and other ingredients.

Natural flavors are ingredients used mainly for taste and aroma. Under the FDA definition, they can come from fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, other plant materials, edible yeast, animal foods or fermentation products. They may be extracts, essential oils or distillates; “natural” does not mean unprocessed or simply powdered fruit.

A flavor blend can also include ingredients that help carry, disperse or protect the flavor. USDA’s technical report describes organic alcohol in liquid flavors and organic gums or starches in some powdered flavors. Those are general examples, not a list of ingredients in FizzyFocus’s blends.

“Natural” describes the source of the flavoring substances; it does not by itself mean organic. A flavor certified in USDA’s “organic” category must contain at least 95% organic ingredients, excluding water and salt, with restrictions on the remainder. That percentage applies to the flavor preparation, not necessarily just its aroma compounds.

USDA rules for flavors used in organic foods prohibit synthetic solvents and carrier systems and artificial preservatives. They also allow qualifying nonsynthetic, nonorganic flavors when organic versions are not commercially available. Organic is not a blanket promise of no processing or no pesticides: the standards permit specific substances.

An organic flavor ingredient does not make the finished FizzyFocus formula USDA-certified organic.

No. The term does not identify every source ingredient, carrier or processing aid, and a flavor name alone does not tell you the full recipe. Exact details need confirmation for the specific flavor blend.

Natural or organic does not mean allergen-free. Major food allergens must be disclosed when required, including when they come from a flavor. FizzyFocus’s label identifies soy-derived phosphatidylserine. If you need to avoid a particular ingredient, email help@fizzyiq.com with the flavor and ingredient you are asking about so we can check the relevant information.

FizzyFocus uses caffeine from natural green tea for alertness and pairs it with L-theanine, a combination explored in children with A*HD.

A 2020 exploratory crossover pilot studied the pairing in five boys with A*HD. That very small sample provides preliminary findings, not reliable evidence of benefits for children more broadly. It used single doses based on body weight and different amounts and proportions from FizzyFocus. It did not test our finished formula or establish long-term benefits or safety. FizzyFocus contains phosphatidylserine derived from soy. It is free of peanuts, tree nuts and gluten, with zero sugar and no artificial dyes. It is made in a facility that also processes milk, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and shellfish, so if your child has a food allergy, please check the full label with their physician before use.

Citric acid is commonly made by fermentation. Our supplier documentation is the source for details about the ingredient used in FizzyFocus. Please contact help@fizzyiq.com with sourcing questions and review the published batch Certificate of Analysis for its test results.

FizzyFocus includes P-5-P vitamin B6, L-methylfolate and methylcobalamin vitamin B12. P-5-P is an active phosphorylated form of B6, not a methylated form. These nutrients play roles in normal metabolism and nervous-system function. See the label for their amounts.

The guarantee covers that first full-size order only. Later orders aren't eligible. Sample kits aren't covered, but starting with one doesn't change this: your first full-size order after the kit is still covered.

Subscriptions ship free and cost less per pouch than buying once. Deliveries arrive automatically on the plan you choose, and you can skip, swap a flavor, or cancel anytime from your account.

If the flavor isn't right for your family, we're happy to send you another flavor at no extra cost. If your first full-size order is still inside the 90-day guarantee, you can ask for a refund instead and we'll refund it in full. Outside the guarantee we can still refund an opened order, less a 35% waste avoidance fee, since we can't accept opened returns. Sample packs and trial sizes aren't eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, our customer service team can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Please email help@fizzyiq.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes, but our 90-day guarantee still covers your first full-size order.
