At FizzyIQ, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued customers. Please see below for our cancellation guidelines concerning one-time purchases and our monthly subscription program.

One-Time Purchases:

  1. If you wish to cancel a one-time purchase, please email us immediately at help@fizzyiq.com.
  2. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will promptly cancel it and issue a full refund.
  3. In cases where the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. However, you may refer to our Returns Policy for further assistance.

Monthly Subscription Program:

  1. Subscribers will be automatically billed each month for their order.
  2. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you can do so at any time by emailing us at help@fizzyiq.com. For quicker access, manage your subscription here.ย 
  3. If your monthly items have not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order for that month and you will not be billed further.
  4. For orders that have already been dispatched, cancellation will be effective from the subsequent month, and no further charges will occur.
