The thinking behind the formula.

Formulated by a clinical nutritionist and mom for her own kids. Explore the choices behind this approach to daily cognitive nutrition, including the ingredient forms, amounts and research. The finished FizzyFocus formula has not been clinically tested.

Five choices behind our formula for kids.

Fortifying Antioxidants

We consider cellular nutrition alongside attention. Antioxidants help protect cells from oxidative damage. Some studies in children with AD*D have found differences in oxidative-stress markers, though findings vary.

Our approach includes vitamin C alongside grape seed extract and a three-fruit blend, bringing antioxidant nutrition into the same routine as the ingredients selected for attention. Read the pediatric research.

Synergistic Blends

Attention relies on connected processes. Nerve signaling, neurotransmitter production and energy metabolism all rely on nutrients. Our nutritionist-led approach considers those roles together.

B6 helps make neurotransmitters, while magnesium supports nerve function and energy production. FizzyFocus combines those nutritional roles with saffron and L-theanine paired with caffeine from natural green tea in one daily formula. Each ingredient is selected for the role it contributes to that wider nutritional picture.

Robust Immune Support

You may be starting with a focus concern. We still formulate with the whole child in mind. A growing child’s immune cells also depend on vitamins and minerals to function normally.

That is why FizzyFocus includes vitamin C, vitamin D3 and zinc picolinate alongside its focus ingredients. Immune support is part of the daily formulation, reflecting a broader view of children’s nutritional needs.

Mood & Energy Support

How a child feels matters alongside how they focus. A child’s day involves managing feelings, sustaining effort and having energy for everyday activities. Our formulation considers these needs together.

B6 helps make brain chemical messengers, and magnesium supports energy production and normal nerve function. FizzyFocus also includes affron® saffron and pairs 100 mg L-theanine with 50 mg caffeine from natural green tea per serving, with caffeine included for its role in alertness. Green tea also naturally contains EGCG, a tea polyphenol.

Nutrient Bioavailability

Choosing a nutrient is only the first decision. Its form and amount matter too. Bioavailability describes how much of a nutrient becomes available for the body to use. Nutrient forms deserve attention alongside the quantities on a label.

FizzyFocus includes L-5-MTHF, an active form of folate, plus P5P B6, methylcobalamin B12, magnesium glycinate and zinc picolinate. These are deliberate formulation choices, with every form and serving amount available to review in Supplement Facts.

B vitamins

The question: Which nutrient forms?

These B vitamins contribute to normal metabolism and nervous-system function. Their forms are one part of the formulation decision.

In the formula: B6, folate and B12

P-5-P vitamin B6, L-methylfolate and methylcobalamin B12. See the label for their amounts.

What to review: Normal nutrient roles

Folate and B12 participate in methylation pathways. Taking them does not establish that a genetic variant is corrected or that a methylation cycle is completed.

Minerals

The question: Which minerals?

A nutrition routine needs to account for food, supplements and the current label directions together.

In the formula: Magnesium and zinc

100 mg magnesium as magnesium glycinate and 12.5 mg zinc as zinc picolinate per serving.

What to review: Total daily intake

Review the full formula with your clinician, especially for younger children and when combining supplements. Do not increase servings to match a study.

Theanine + caffeine

The question: Why pair these two?

The formula includes a specific pairing: 100 mg L-theanine with 50 mg caffeine from natural green tea in each serving. Green tea also naturally contains EGCG, a tea polyphenol.

In the formula: L-theanine + caffeine

Kahathuduwa et al. studied the pairing in five boys with AD*D. They found short-term improvements in measured attention and cognition compared with placebo.

What to review: Population and duration

The study used 2.5 mg/kg L-theanine + 2 mg/kg caffeine, a different dose and ratio from FizzyFocus. It did not establish long-term safety or everyday benefits. Review the complete formula with your clinician.

Saffron

The question: What about saffron?

Saffron is one of the plant ingredients selected for the formula.

In the formula: 15 mg affron per serving

An eight-week study of affron used 28 mg daily in ages 12–16. Youth and parent mood reports were not equally consistent.

What to review: The actual study amount

That study did not test FizzyFocus or 15 mg per serving. Keep to the product label rather than adjusting servings to imitate research.

Daily routine

The question: How does it fit?

Taryn brought her nutrition background and experience as a mom to a practical question: how can a considered formula fit family life?

In the formula: One drinkable routine

Selected vitamins, minerals, plant ingredients, L-theanine and caffeine from natural green tea, mixed into a lightly fizzy drink.

What to review: Flavor and preparation

Try the flavors, read the label and discuss suitability. A sample can help you choose a flavor; it cannot establish long-term benefits.
