Thank you for choosing FizzyIQ. Weโ€™re committed to your familyโ€™s well-being and believe deeply in the power of our products. But we also understand that every individual is different, and sometimes it takes trying something new to know if itโ€™s right for you.

The Fizzy Happiness Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order of FizzyFocus. If youโ€™re not satisfied after 90 days of consistent use (about three shipped orders), youโ€™ll have 14 days to request a refund. Refunds apply only to your very first purchase; repeat orders are not eligible.

Because results often take time, we encourage families to complete the full 90-day period. If you donโ€™t notice changes right away, we can credit your first purchase toward your next two orders to help you finish the recommended period.

To request a refund, email us at help@fizzyiq.com.ย Once we receive your returned product, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the Flavor Isnโ€™t a Fit

We know taste mattersโ€”especially for little ones! If your child doesnโ€™t like the flavor of a full-size product, weโ€™ll happily send you a sample of a different flavor at no extra chargeโ€”no returns needed.

If youโ€™d prefer a refund instead, thatโ€™s no problem. A 35% waste avoidance fee will apply, since we canโ€™t accept product returns due to strict sanitation standards.


Important Exceptions

  • Sample products (trial packs, promotional giveaways, sample sizes) are not eligible for refunds, flavor swaps, or the Fizzy Happiness Guarantee. These are intended as an introduction to the product and are offered as-is.

  • Customers who have purchased or received a sample kit with all available flavors are not eligible for flavor swaps on full-size products.


Important Considerations

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

  • In rare cases where return shipping is required, it will be the customerโ€™s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
