Are the B Vitamins Methylated?
We only include one B vitamin in FizzyFocus, which is Vitamin B6. Specifically, we use the active form known as Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P). Unlike vitamins like B12 or folate, B6 is not a methyl donor, so it is never methylated.
