Using your HSA or FSA for FizzyFocus

FizzyFocus qualifies for HSA and FSA reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your child's pediatrician. Here is the whole process.

1. 1 Ask your pediatrician for a Letter of Medical Necessity. It states that FizzyFocus is recommended for your child's care, which is what makes a nutrition product reimbursable.
2. 2 Use our template. We provide a template letter at checkout, so your pediatrician has something to sign rather than something to write.
3. 3 Submit the letter with your receipt. Send both to your benefits administrator the way you would any other reimbursement, or pay with your HSA/FSA card and keep them on file.
