Using your HSA or FSA for FizzyFocus

FizzyFocus qualifies for HSA and FSA reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your child's pediatrician. Here is the whole process.

1. 1Ask your pediatrician for a Letter of Medical Necessity.

   It states that FizzyFocus is recommended for your child's care, which is what makes a nutrition product reimbursable.

2. 2 Download our letter template.One-page PDF. Your pediatrician fills it in and signs, so there is nothing to write from scratch.
3. 3Submit the letter with your receipt.

   Send both to your benefits administrator the way you would any other reimbursement, or pay with your HSA/FSA card and keep them on file.
