  • Everything you paid for that order: product, shipping and sales tax
  • Opened or empty pouches, with nothing to return
  • 90 days, counted from the day that order is delivered

What's not covered

  • Orders and deliveries after your first full-size order, even if they arrive within the 90 days
  • A repeat first order: the guarantee is one per household, so if you've ordered full-size FizzyFocus before, you aren't covered a second time
  • Sample kits, sample sizes and free gifts (your first full-size order after a kit is covered)

How to claim

  1. Email help@fizzyiq.com within 90 days of delivery.
  2. Include your name and order number, or the email you ordered with.
  3. We'll confirm and refund you to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days for your bank to show it. Prefer to keep going? You can choose credit toward future orders instead.
