FizzyFocus: five often-missed areas of kids’ nutrition, in a drink kids actually like to take
What it is. A zero-sugar, lightly fizzy daily drink mix for kids 8 and up, stirred into 6 to 8 oz of cold water. One pouch holds 30 servings; ages 8 to 13 take one serving a day, ages 14 and up take two. Four flavors: Berry Cherry, Strawberry Lemonade, Watermelon and Orange Creamsicle.
Who made it. FizzyIQ was founded in 2022 by Sam White, now 25, and his aunt, clinical nutritionist Taryn White, MS, CNS, LDN, who formulated FizzyFocus. The formula has been through more than 50 versions, each judged on purity, the forms of the actives and taste.
The five areas. Nutritional gaps: what a child’s daily diet may be missing. Immune response: the role of everyday nutrition in immune function. Oxidative stress: why antioxidant nutrients are part of the formula. Mood and calm: the thinking behind the ingredient pairings. Gut–brain link: how digestive health fits the picture.
Per serving. Vitamin C 150 mg; vitamin D 13 mcg; vitamin B6 (as P-5-P) 10 mg; folate (as L-5-MTHF) 150 mcg DFE; vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 250 mcg; magnesium (as glycinate) 100 mg; zinc (as picolinate) 12.5 mg; phosphatidylserine 100 mg; L-theanine 100 mg; caffeine from green tea 50 mg; saffron (affron®) 15 mg; organic grape seed 100 mg; organic pomegranate, cranberry and blueberry blend 150 mg.

Testing. Every batch is tested by an independent lab for heavy metals and microbes; certificates of analysis are public. Made in an FDA-registered facility following cGMP standards.
Safety notes. Each serving contains 50 mg of caffeine from green tea, paired with 100 mg of L-theanine; teens 14 and up take two servings a day. We suggest parents review the label with their child’s clinician, especially if their child is sensitive to caffeine or takes any medication. FizzyFocus complements, never replaces, a family’s care plan. The individual ingredients have been studied; the finished formula has not been clinically tested. FizzyFocus contains phosphatidylserine derived from soy and is made in a facility that also processes milk, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and shellfish.
